After difficult experiences, the body and mind often remain in “survival mode,” even after time has passed. You might feel tension without a clear reason, be sensitive to stimuli, struggle with trust… or simply sense that something inside still needs care.
“Mindfulness & Trauma – Path to Calm” is an individual therapeutic journey where I guide you back to balance with mindfulness and acceptance. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness techniques to help you regain a sense of safety and connection with yourself.
Who is this individual work for?
This approach is for those who:
- Have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or emotional burnout
- Struggle with anxiety, tension, or difficulty relating to their body
- Want to work at their own pace, 1:1, in a safe and supportive environment
- Feel ready for change but don’t know where to start
How does the work unfold?
Sessions take place online in an atmosphere of mindfulness, gentleness, and understanding.
Methods are tailored to your needs—we work with emotions, beliefs, the body, and the nervous system.
The goal is not to “get rid of difficult feelings” but to learn how to be with yourself even when they arise.
What can you expect?
- Better connection with your body and emotions
- Reduced anxiety and tension
- Greater awareness of your boundaries and needs
- A calmer, more mindful everyday life
💬 If you feel this path might be right for you, I invite you to your first consultation.
This is a space to get to know each other and calmly discuss what matters most to you.
