Support with stress, overwhelm and finding your balance again
I work with adults who are experiencing prolonged stress, tension, emotional overwhelm or burnout, and who want to better understand their situation and regain a greater sense of calm and control.

What we work on together
In sessions, we look at what is currently weighing on you most, what thoughts, reactions and patterns are keeping the tension in place, and what might help you function in a more supportive way.
How I work
I work integratively, selecting tools according to each person’s current situation, needs and readiness. The approaches I draw on include:
- CBT-based coaching — working with thoughts, beliefs and recurring patterns
- EFT (tapping) — as a technique to support the regulation of tension and emotions
- EMDR-informed coaching tools
- mindfulness and tension regulation techniques
- elements of nature-based and sound-based work

Each session is tailored to your current situation. Sessions take place online, in Polish or English, and are open to people living in Poland and abroad.
Background
I have eighteen years of experience working in the United Kingdom as a medical interpreter and therapeutic facilitator. I worked with organisations including the NHS, HMPPS institutions, prisons, and services supporting people experiencing domestic abuse. I hold training in coaching, EFT, CBT coaching, EMDR-informed coaching, and methods supporting nervous system regulation.
Sessions are coaching and psychoeducational in nature. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis or psychiatric treatment.
